基于容积重建技术对肱骨结节间沟的观测及其临床意义 Observation of Sulci Intertubercularis Based on VRT and Its Clinical Significance

Abstract:
目的:了解肱骨结节间沟的解剖特点及其临床意义。方法:运用螺旋CT三维重建技术,对30例自愿者肱骨上端结节间沟进行观测。结果:容积重建技术(VRT)可以清楚显示结节间沟。左右两侧肱骨结节间沟的内侧壁角度、开放角度有差异(P<0.05),宽度、深度无差异(P>0.05)。结论:内侧壁角及开放角有侧别差异,关节镜下重建肱骨结节间沟手术时,应考虑以上因素
