胃癌中Slug和E-cadherin表达及其临床意义 Expression of Slug and E-cadherin in Human Gastric Cancer and Clinical Significance

Abstract:
目的:探讨在胃癌中Slug和E-cadherin表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化的SP法检测150例胃癌和100例非胃癌组织中Slug和E-cadherin的表达水平,并结合临床资料进行分析。采用Western blot检测两种蛋白含量。结果:Slug和E-cadherin在胃癌中表达率分别为54%和37.3%,且E-cadherin在癌组织中低表达(P<0.05)。Slug的表达与患者的发病年龄、肿瘤部位、浸润深度、WHO组织学分型及分级、有无淋巴结转移及分期有关(P<0.05),E-cadherin的表达与患者的发病年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、WHO组织学分型及分级有关(P=0.000),两者之间表达具有相关性(P<0.05)。Western blot检测同免疫组化得到相同结果。结论:Slug和E-cadherin异常表达存在于胃癌组织中,其表达与一些临床生理因素相关
