目的:探讨胃癌组织自噬相关蛋白LC3和基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2的表达和临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化法检测120例胃癌和配对正常胃组织中LC3和MMP-2的表达;分析LC3和MMP-2的表达和临床病理学参数的关系,及LC3和MMP-2的相关性。结果:胃癌和正常胃组织LC3的高表达率分别为52.5%(63/120)和31.7%(38/120);胃癌和正常胃组织MMP-2的高表达率分别为51.7%(62/120)和35.0%(42/120),胃癌组织LC3和MMP-2的高表达率显著高于正常胃组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。LC3和MMP-2的高表达与胃癌pTNM分期(P=0.004,P=0.002)和区域淋巴结转移(P=0.030,P=0.007)呈显著相关性。同时存在LC3和MMP-2低表达的患者区域淋巴结转移率显著低于单独LC3或MMP-2高表达的患者(P=0.005)。LC3和MMP-2的表达有显著相关性(r=0.299,P=0.001)。LC3高表达患者无疾病进展生存时间较短(23 vs 25月,P=0.184)。结论:胃癌LC3和MMP-2的表达增高预测较晚的病理分期和区域淋巴结转移
