用二维斑点追踪技术评价正常犬肾交感神经消融后左房变化 Evaluation the Left Artrial on Normal Dogs After Transcatheter Renal Sympathetic Denervation by Two-Dimensional Speckle Tracking Imaging

Abstract:

目的:用超声二维斑点追踪显像技术(STI)检测肾动脉交感神经经导管射频消融后左房的变化。方法:对20只犬的肾交感神经进行射频消融,分别于消融前和消融6周后观察肾交感神经消融犬的血压变化及左房各指标变化。采集犬心尖两腔观、四腔观清晰图像,用Qlab软件分析左房前壁、下壁、间隔及侧壁基底段、中间段及心底段12节段应变率同步性指标,包括:左房储蓄功能期峰值应变率达峰时间及达峰时间标准差,左房主动收缩期峰值应变率达峰时间及达峰时间标准差。分析左房间隔及侧壁基底段消融前后应变率变化。结果:与消融前相比,消融后收缩压和舒张压均无明显变化(P>0.05)。消融后犬R-R间期呈延长趋势,但无统计学差异,消融前后心脏各腔室大小没有明显变化,左房间隔及侧壁基底段各时相应变率无变化,左房同步性无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:消融正常犬肾交感神经后,血压无影响,左房心肌运动功能无变化,对同步性也无影响,说明肾交感神经消融对心房是安全的
