Abstract:

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是以气道受阻、肺实质破坏而导致不可逆性气流受限为特征的疾病。对COPD肺组织通气功能、弥散异常及肺结构破坏的有效评估,有助于理解COPD病理生理改变及其早期诊断和预后评价。超极化129 Xe肺部MRI能无创伤性、早期、敏感检测COPD肺部结构和功能变化。本文就COPD肺部超极化气体129 Xe MRI研究进展作一综述
