高效液相色谱与酶法检测血清游离脂肪酸的对比分析 Comparison of Serum Free Fatty Acids Determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Enzymatic Method

Abstract:

目的:探讨高效液相色谱法(HPLC)与酶法检测血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)的结果有无差异。方法:收取武汉大学中南医院92名健康体检者空腹外周血3ml,分离新鲜血清,采用全自动生化分析仪酶法测定血清FFA水平,同时以正十七酸(C17∶0)为内标,改良Doles法萃取血清FFA,HPLC法定量检测。结果:酶法检测血清FFA结果为466.5(347.3,585.3)μmol/L,HPLC法FFA结果为448.5(339.5,571.9)μmol/L,两种方法检测结果无明显差异(t=1.394,P>0.05),且具有良好的相关性(r=0.980,P<0.05)。结论:酶法与HPLC法检测FFA结果一致性良好。酶法操作简单,更适合临床实验室常规检测
