快速康复外科中小茴香热敷对胃肠吻合术后胃肠功能恢复的影响 Efficacy of Fennel Ironing Method on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function After Gastroenterostomy in Fast Track Surgery

Abstract:

目的:探讨快速康复外科中小茴香热敷对胃肠吻合术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法:192例胃肠吻合手术患者分为两组(开放式手术92例,腹腔镜手术100例),每组按术后处理方式分为小茴香热敷组(试验组)和热毛巾热敷组(对照组)。记录术前基本情况、手术时间、术后首次排气、排便、进食时间,术后住院天数,腹痛腹胀评分,炎症反应指标和营养状态指标。结果:与对照组相比,试验组第一次肛门排气时间、第一次进食时间和术后住院天数缩短,腹胀明显减轻,第一次肛门排便时间、腹痛评分、炎症反应指标和营养状态指标未见显著性差异。结论:小茴香热敷能促进胃肠吻合术患者术后胃肠功能提早恢复,降低术后腹胀的发生率,推动腹部外科手术患者术后快速康复
