肱骨骨折后异位骨化形成中BMP-2、BMP-9及TNF-α表达的变化 Changes of BMP-2,BMP-9,and TNF Alpha Expression in the Formation of Heterotopic Ossification After Humerus Fractures

Abstract:

目的:探究在肱骨骨折后,骨形态形成蛋白(BMP)-2、BMP-9及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达量对异位骨化过程中的影响。方法:A组为肱骨折且合并严重软组织损伤,后期发生异位骨化病人的骨化标本,共17例;B组为肱骨骨折未合并严重软组织损伤,后期发生异位骨化病人的骨化标本,共15例;C组为肱骨骨折未合并异位骨化病人骨折附近的组织标本,共18例。用免疫组化法测定A、B和C组标本中BMP-2、BMP-9及TNF-α的表达量。结果:BMP-2、BMP-9及TNF-α在A、B和C组均有表达,其中BMP-2,BMP-9及TNF-α在A、B和C组中的表达具有差异性(P<0.05),且BMP-9在A组和B组中表达具有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:BMP-2和BMP-9表达水平上调是肱骨骨折后异位骨化发生的重要机制,其中BMP-9只在骨折合并软组织损伤中发挥作用,而BMP-2在骨化过程中均发挥着重要作用,与软组织是否受损无关。TNF-α可以减缓骨化的发生,一定程度上抵消BMP-2和BMP-9所发挥的作用
