非侵入性眼表综合分析仪观察可降解泪小点塞栓治疗中重度干眼的临床效果 Application of Noninvasive Ocular Surface Analyzer in Monitoring Biodegradable Punctal Plug in the Treatment of Serious Dry Eye

Abstract:

目的:探讨VisiPlug可降解泪小管塞栓植入治疗中重度干眼的临床疗效以及非侵入性眼表综合分析仪Keratograph 5M在观察其治疗效果中的应用价值。方法:选择2015年7月至2015年8月于我院就诊的28例56眼确诊为中重度干眼的患者,使用VisiPlug可降解泪小管塞栓植入治疗,治疗前1d及治疗后2周、3个月、6个月用Keratograph 5M观察患者的眼表情况并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗后6个月时,22例(78.57%)患者症状明显缓解或消失,治疗前1d、治疗后2周、3个月、6个月时患者结膜充血评分平均值分别为(2.16±0.45)、(1.82±0.36)、(1.06±0.52)、(0.74±0.28),泪膜首次破裂时间平均值分别为(3.048±0.704)、(5.821±1.344)、(6.862±1.116)及(6.795±1.277)s,泪河高度平均分值分别为(0.174±0.075)、(0.256±0.073)、(0.362±0.065)、(0.402±0.026)mm,3种评价指标治疗前后差异均有统计学意义(F=96.458,138.172,109.365;P均<0.05)。最常见的并发症为局部异物感和泪溢。结论:VisiPlug可降解泪小管塞栓植入是临床上治疗中重度干眼的一种安全有效的方法,非侵入性眼表综合分析仪Keratograph 5M可以全面、客观地评价其临床疗效
