IL-10基因-819T>C位点多态性与中国人牙周病易感性的Meta分析 Association Between IL-10-819T>C Polymorphism and Periodontitis in Chinese Population:a Meta-Analysis

Abstract:

目的:通过Meta分析研究IL-10基因-819T>C位点多态性与中国人群牙周病易感性的相关性。方法:检索PubMed,CNKI和万方数据库中有关IL-10基因-819T>C位点多态性与中国人群牙周病易感性相关文献,以OR值和95%的可信区间为效应指标,应用STATA 11.0软件进行Meta分析,并对发表偏倚及敏感性分析进行检验。结果:纳入5篇文章,6个病例对照研究,共计827例牙周病患者和683例正常对照,Meta分析结果显示,总人群中,IL-10基因-819T>C位点多态性与牙周病风险之间没有显著关联(C vs.T:95%CI=0.848-1.152,P=0.882,Pheterogeneity=0.448;TCvs.TT:95%CI=0.705-1.092,P=0.241,Pheterogeneity=0.717;CCvs.TT:95%CI=0.780-1.606,P=0.541,Pheterogeneity=0.329;TC+CC vs.TT:95%CI=0.740-1.124,P=0.388,Pheterogeneity=0.595;CC vs.TT+TC:95%CI=0.856-1.694,P=0.286,Pheterogeneity=0.407)。在针对病种的亚组分析中,仍没有发现IL-10基因-819T>C位点多态性和中国人群的发病风险具有相关性。结论:IL-10基因-819T>C位点多态性多态性可能与中国人群牙周病的发生无关
