中外规范关于砌体房屋裂缝控制措施的对比分析 Comparisons of masonry buidings crack control measures of Chinese and foreign specifications

Abstract:
砌体结构裂缝按其成因可分为受力裂缝和变形裂缝两大类,相对于受力裂缝,变形裂缝的产生机理和影响因素复杂得多,砌体结构裂缝中变形裂缝占80%以上.从温度、湿度的变化、徐变、碳化(重点针对温度和干燥收缩)等方面来讨论变形裂缝的产生机理,并针对变形裂缝的产生机理,采取设置变形缝和配筋砌体等控制措施有效控制变形裂缝的产生.还对比分析美国、欧盟、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰与中国砌体结构设计规范中关于变形裂缝的产生原因、计算公式及控制措施,指出中国规范存在的问题,并提出相应的改进建议
