汽车尾气温差发电装置热端与消声器集成研究 Research on integration design of vehicle waste heat thermoelectric generation heat exchanger and engine muffler

Abstract:

提出一种将汽车尾气温差发电装置热端与消声器集成的设计方案,这种集成式结构不仅解决温差发电系统与汽车排气系统兼容性低的问题,而且提高了汽车底盘空间利用率和温差发电系统的比功率.基于传热学及流体动力学理论,利用STAR-CCM+软件计算得出集成式废热通道表面温度场和内部流体场,同时,耦合GT-POWER软件分析其结构的声学性能.根据集成式废热通道的热场仿真和声学分析结果,从汽车尾气温差发电装置和排气系统性能要求的角度,集成式废热通道满足高效的尾气温差发电器对热端的热场性能要求,并保持消声器的降噪特性,从而在理论上验证集成式废热通道设计的可行性
