盾构隧道可视化风险预警试验系统设计 Design for risk visualization and pre-warning experimental system based on shield tunnel model

Abstract:

通过数值模拟和室内试验,设计了一套基于LES(light emitting sensors system)的多功能盾构隧道风险可视化预警试验系统,该系统可实时监测整个结构的多项变形指标,并可视化地显示结构在各种指标下的安全等级.通过数值模拟对简化的隧道模型进行加载,得到不同埋深和螺栓预紧力对隧道变形的影响规律.室内试验结合实际工程中隧道不同阶段的变形范围以及数值模拟结果,预设安全、预警、危险3个风险等级的隧道收敛变形范围、管片转角变形范围以及引起变形的对应埋深范围.试验结果表明,结构在指定范围埋深下,两种LES系统均可发出指定安全等级的色光,实现可视化预警目标
