道路水浸事件下的应急疏导配流 Traffic assignment of urgent dispersion for road flooding

Abstract:

为减缓道路水浸下交通拥堵影响,提出一种水浸事件下的应急疏导配流方案生成方法,使用分流路径查询算法和自适应动态交通流分配算法实现疏导区域的确定和相应交通流的分配,从而生成应急疏导配流方案.以广州市番禺区为例,调查不同峰期下的交通流数据(含18个交叉口),生成区域内两个水浸黑点在不同水浸深度下的应急疏导配流方案,并利用VISSIM实现疏导仿真.结果表明,使用应急方案实行疏导配流可有效降低疏导区域内的平均延误,并随水浸深度上升,效果越明显,适用于缓解道路水浸引起的交通拥堵等问题
