分布式参数化智能产品平台模型研究及实现 Research and realization of DPIPP model for product platform

Abstract:

以高中压阀门产品为例,建立了分布式参数化智能产品平台(Distributed Parameterized Intelligent Product Platform,DPIPP)模型.采用统一建模语言(Unified Modeling Language,UML)研究了DPIPP数据库的设计,建立了DPIPP数据库物理模型和逻辑模型,提出了DPIPP数据库的实现方法.结合实例阀门产品数据,对阀门PLM数据库中挖掘分析出的参数化数据资源进行了整合,完成了平台数据库的资源导入;并使用Java语言和SQL Server2008初步开发了产品平台数据库管理系统
