一种小模数外平动少齿差行星轮减速器的传动特性分析 Transmission characteristics analysis of outside linkage small modules planetary gear reducer with small tooth difference

Abstract:

针对现有的少齿差传动装置承载能力和运行平稳性等问题,设计了一种新型小模数少齿差行星轮减速器.该减速器具有均载分流、运行平稳、响应迅速等优点.为了揭示其结构与传动特性的关系,运用SolidWorks软件建立了减速器的三维模型,并导入ADAMS软件中,构建了虚拟样机模型并进行运动学和动力学仿真,模拟减速器在工作中啮合力在时域和频域上的动态变化曲线,同时输出其他运动物理参数曲线.得到仿真结果与理论计算值大致吻合,验证了虚拟样机仿真的正确性.表明本新型少齿差行星轮减速器设计的合理性与可靠性,同时为以后小模数少齿差行星轮减速器的优化设计提供了理论指导
