碳纳米管对环氧树脂热导率影响的模拟研究 Effect of carbon nanotubes on thermal conductivity of epoxy based on simulation method

Abstract:

采用有限元法建立空间弯曲随机分布CNTs/环氧树脂复合材料三维数值模型,揭示其导热机理,定量探究了CNTs与环氧树脂界面热导、CNTs间接触热导以及CNTs体积含量对复合材料模型热导率的影响,并通过相关实验验证了模型的有效性.研究结果显示:界面热导越大,复合材料热导率越高;低体积含量条件下,由于较小的CNTs间接触面积使得接触热导对复合材料热导率影响并不显著,但其影响效果仍会随碳纳米管体积增加而提高;CNTs体积含量对该复合材料热导率影响则遵循如下规律,即当界面热导大于临界值1×106 W/(m2·K)时,CNTs含量越高,复合材料热导率越大;界面热导小于临界值1×106 W/(m2·K)时,CNTs含量越高,复合材料热导率降低越多
