配电网单相电弧接地故障的辨识方法 Identification of single-phase arc grounding fault in power distribution network

Abstract:

为了辨识出配电网单相电弧接地故障,利用搭建的10kV配电网单相接地故障物理模拟试验平台,分别进行了单相金属性接地、单相电阻接地、单相电弧接地故障的模拟,通过试验获取了3种接地故障电流的大量波形数据,利用广义S变换,对故障相电流信号进行时频特性分析,350Hz的频率切片图可以明显地反映单相电弧接地故障电流的暂态特征与金属性接地和电阻接地故障电流的暂态特征的不同,以350Hz频率切片图在单相接地故障发生后20~40ms内的波峰波谷差、能量、方差为特征能准确地辨识出单相电弧接地故障
