基于改进的GWR山洪防治县经济展布 Economic distribution of flood prevention and control counties based on improved GWR

Abstract:

为了给山洪灾害损失和防治效益评估提供依据,结合区域特点,将经济数据分为第一产业和第二、三产业,分别引入土地利用类型和最新的NPP-VIIRS夜间灯光数据作为GDP模拟的影响因子.结合当今社会经济发展趋势,将区域间地面交通来往的最短用时替代GWR模型中的空间距离,并利用改进后的GWR模型分布建立第一产业产值和第二、三产业产值的线性回归模型.最后将两者在同一尺度下进行叠加分析,得到GDP的空间化展布.以辽宁省山洪灾害防治试点县清原为例,由于灯光数据尺度所限,采用尺度为400m和1km的格网进行GDP的空间展布;利用路网经济模型对2种尺度的展布结果进行比较发现,格网尺度为400m的GDP展布模型可更完整地反映出经济分布的实际情况
