一种基于配电网评价指标体系和聚类分析的电网区域分类方法 Area classification based on distribution network evaluation index system and cluster analysis

Abstract:

提出了一种通过选取一组能够比较全面反映城市配电网现状且数量适当的基层指标,基于聚类分析理论建立科学合理且实用的配电网评价指标体系的方法.采用改进的层次分析法与熵权法相结合的主客观分析法来确定各单项指标的权重,结合单项指标的评分值,得出各被评估区域配电网的综合得分,再运用聚类分析理论对这些综合得分进行聚类分析,从而准确得出整个区域配电网的分类结果.基于河南省配电网历年的统计数据对所提出的划分方法进行了算例分析,结果表明该分类方法是正确、有效和实用的
