水泥砂浆立方体试件劈拉强度尺寸效应研究 Size effect study of splitting tensile strength of cement mortar cubic specimen

Abstract:

采用物理模型试验方法和数值仿真分析方法,研究水泥砂浆立方体试件劈拉强度的尺寸效应,探索试件劈拉面上的水平拉应力分布规律以及试件的劈拉破坏机理.一方面,在实验室进行了不同尺寸水泥砂浆立方体试件劈拉强度物理模型试验;另一方面,基于MAZARS各向同性损伤理论,建立水泥砂浆劈拉数值试验模型,利用APDL命令流实现了试件劈拉破坏过程的数值仿真模拟.将数值仿真结果与相应的物理试验结果进行对比,结果表明:数值试验结果与模型试验结果表现出了很好的一致性;不同尺寸的水泥砂浆立方体试件,其劈拉强度具有明显的尺寸效应,且劈拉强度随着立方体试件尺寸的增大而减小;试件首先沿劈拉面出现损伤,进而发生开裂;试件在劈拉面上的水平应力呈现中部受拉、两端受压的分布规律.数值仿真与模型试验相结合的研究方法以及本文的研究成果对于混凝土结构工程应用以及材料学研究都具有借鉴意义
