基于中央凹视觉的梯度结构相似性图像质量评价

Abstract:

针对结构相似性(SSIM)指标在评价图像严重失真时存在不准确性,提出了一种基于中央凹视觉的梯度结构相似性的全参考图像质量评价方法FGSSIM.利用梯度幅度和梯度方向描述图像的结构信息,结合图像亮度和对比度,得到图像的局部质量图.利用人眼视觉的中央凹视觉效应构造中央凹视觉矩阵,以此分配局部质量图的权重,从而提高模型的准确性.实验数据来源于美国Texas大学图像视频工程实验室提供的LIVE数据库.实验结果表明,本文提出的方法是一种有效的图像质量评价方法,评价结果能够准确反映图像质量,并且更加符合人眼主观感受.尤其在图像高度失真的情况下,该方法比广泛使用的SSIM和PSNR更优越
