旋涂法制备单层和多层密排聚苯乙烯微球模板及其SERS性能 The Preparation of Monolayer and Multilayer Polystyrene Microsphere Templates by Spin Coating and SERS Ability

Abstract:

通过旋涂法将聚苯乙烯(polystyrene,PS)微球溶液涂于硅氧化片基底上,研究PS微球溶液的滴加体积、质量分数以及旋涂转速对PS微球模板的层数及密排性的影响,通过光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其进行形貌表征.结果表明,相对于以往的垂直沉积法的自组装胶体球模板而言,这种旋涂法耗时更短、原材料消耗更少.同时,由于单层PS微球都形成了密排有序结构,对应制得的多层PS微球可形成面心立方结构,再分别以单层和多层PS微球为掩膜板来制得金三角阵列和TiO_2反蛋白石结构,并利用拉曼检测技术证明其良好的表面增强拉曼散射(surface enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)性能
