海菖蒲浸提液对球形棕囊藻的抑制效应

Abstract:

为探索海菖蒲(Enhalus acodoides)浸提液对有害赤潮藻的抑制效果,分别采用海菖蒲植株干粉的人工海水、无水乙醇和正己烷3种溶剂(极性由强到弱)提取液对球形棕囊藻(Phaeocystis globosa)进行抑制效应实验,结果表明:1)水浸提液在浓度为10 g·L~(-1)时对球形棕囊藻有显著的抑制效应(p<0.05),最高抑制率为94.72%,乙醇浸提液在浓度为50 mg·L~(-1)时对球形棕囊藻有显著抑制效应(p<0.05),最高抑制率为77.72%,正己烷浸提液对球形棕囊藻无显著抑制效应(p>0.05);海菖蒲中能够抑制球形棕囊藻生长的物质应为极性物质;2)水浸提液能够干扰球形棕囊藻的抗氧化系统,使其藻细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著升高(p<0.05);3) 0.25%(体积分数)的二甲基亚砜(DMSO)对球形棕囊藻生长无显著抑制效应(p>0.05)
