中温固化韧性耐热双马来酰亚胺树脂的制备与性能

Abstract:

双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂存在着树脂溶解性差、固化成型温度高以及固化物脆性大等缺点.采用二烯丙基双酚A(DABPA)和3-乙炔基苯胺(m-APA)为扩链增韧剂,以叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)为催化剂,与N,N'-(4,4'-二苯甲烷)双马来酰亚胺(BDM)共聚,获得了一种可中温固化的改性BMI树脂.研究结果表明:该改性BMI树脂预聚体在95~140℃温度下仍具有良好的流动性,适合用于浸渍增强材料;其固化成型温度较未添加TBHP的工艺降低了50~60℃;BMI树脂固化物的两个玻璃化转变温度分别高达296.4℃和334.8℃,质量损失5%时的温度为411.4℃,弯曲强度和冲击强度分别为122.6 MPa和11.8 kJ·m~(-2),具有良好的耐热性能和韧性
