基于数据同化的高频地波雷达海流数据质量分析方法 Quality Analysis Method of High Frequency Ground Wave Radar Current Data Based on Data Assimilation

Abstract:

为了解决高频地波雷达探测海流数据难以分析与评估的问题,提出了基于数据同化的地波雷达数据质量分析与评价的方法.该方法利用逐步订正法(SCM)技术将雷达探测的流场资料同化到POM(princeton oceanic model)模型中,再根据同化后数据与雷达数据的均方根误差(RMSD)分布统计特征,实现对地波雷达海流数据质量的分析与评价.相比于传统出海获取海流数据的定点比测方法,该方法能快速分析雷达数据质量,降低雷达性能评估的成本
