Abstract:

天基信息网络海洋目标监视既要建立完善的天基海洋目标监视系统,更要研究面向海洋目标监视的多源卫星观测信息融合技术,提升海洋目标监视的广域搜索、精细识别、持续监视和快速响应能力。分析了海洋目标信息感知与融合中的海洋环境和海洋目标特点,在总结分析天基海洋目标信息感知与融合的发展历程和数据特点的基础上,提出了天基海洋目标信息感知与融合在平台网络、时空融合和信息融合等方面的技术突破途径和未来发展方向
