Abstract:

为了研究粘接剂对自冲铆接头性能的影响,分别以TA1-5052和TA1-Q215的单搭自冲铆接头及粘接-自冲铆复合接头为研究对象,采用剖面直观检测法分析接头成形质量,基于静力学试验研究各组接头的静力学性能及失效形式。结果表明:与自冲铆接头相比,复合接头的钉脚张开度和残余底厚值减小;粘接剂对TA1-5052单搭自冲铆接头失效形式无影响,但改变了TA1-Q215单搭自冲铆接头的失效形式;复合接头的静力学性能比自冲铆接头更优;相对于自冲铆接头,TA1-5052复合接头静失效载荷增加了17.5%,能量吸收值增加了13.3%;TA1-Q215复合接头静失效载荷增加了6.8%,能量吸收值增加了25.8%。
In order to investigate the impact of adhesive agent on performance of self-piercing riveted (SPR) joint, taking both TA1-5052 and TA1-Q215 single-lap SPR alloy joint and adhesive bonded-SPR joint as study objects, adopting cross-section direct visual inspection method for analyzing joint forming quality, experimental study of joint static performance and failure mode was carried out based on static mechanics. Results show that comparing with single-lap SPR joint, the pin opening and residual bottom thickness of adhesive bonded-SPR joint decrease; The adhesive agent has no impact on the failure mode of TA1-5052 single-lap SPR joint, but changes the failure mode of adhesive bonded-SPR joint; The static performance of adhesive bonded-SPR joint is better than that of single-lap SPR joint; Comparing with SPR joint, the static failure load of TA1-5052 adhesive bonded-SPR joint increases by 17.5%, and its energy absorption value increases by 13.3%; The static failure load of TA1-Q215 adhesive bonded-SPR joint increases by 6.8%, and its energy absorption value of increases by 25.8%
