Abstract:

中文摘要:以2015年1-12月捕自四川省荥经县的171只成体赤腹松鼠 Callosciurus erythraeus为研究对象,首次测定了其糖脂代谢8项指标值,并分析了性别、季节及妊娠对指标的影响。结果显示:(1)赤腹松鼠糖脂代谢指标的性别差异无统计学意义。(2)高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白B浓度的季节差异无统计学意义,总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、极低密度脂蛋白、葡萄糖浓度为夏、秋季高于春、冬季,载脂蛋白AI浓度为夏、秋季低于春、冬季。(3)妊娠鼠甘油三酯、极低密度脂蛋白浓度高于未妊娠鼠。结果表明,雌、雄赤腹松鼠糖脂代谢指标具有同一性,且大多数指标具有季节差异,这可能与雌、雄鼠的繁殖状态及生活环境的多样性变化有关。
英文摘要:To get better insight of the biochemical features of red-bellied squirrel ( Callosciurus erythraeus),81 males and 90 females were captured in January to December 2015 from Yingjing county,Sichuan province. And 8 metabolic indices of glucose and lipid were measured. The differences of these indices were analyzed according to gender and season. Besides,the impacts of pregnancy in those indices were also analyzed. The results were showed as following: (1) No significant differences were found in the metabolic indices of glucose and lipid between the male and female red-bellied squirrel. (2) No significant seasonal variations were found in high-density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B in red-bellied squirrel. The serum concentrations of total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,very low density lipoprotein and glucose were significantly higher in summer and autumn compared to these in spring and winter. However,the level of apolipoprotein AI in summer and autumn was obviously lower than that in spring and winter. (3) The levels of triglyceride and very low density lipoprotein were higher in pregnant squirrels than these in non-pregnant. These results indicated that the metabolic indices of glucose and lipid of male red-bellied squirrels were consistent with that of female.
