Abstract:

中文摘要:Neoblasts是日本三角涡虫 Dugesia japonica成体体内唯一具有增殖和分化能力的多能干细胞,是其损伤修复和再生的细胞基础。Neoblasts的组成是均质还是异质,长期以来一直存在争议。近年来研究表明,neoblasts具有异质性,由不同的细胞亚群组成。本文从形态、射线抗性、细胞周期及分子标志等4个方面综述了neoblasts异质性研究的最新进展,为将来探讨neoblasts不同亚群功能、相互关系及各亚群在涡虫再生过程中的作用提供借鉴。
英文摘要:Neoblasts are considered as the sole somatic stem cells in the planarian Dugesia japonica with the capacity to proliferate and give rise to all cell types during regeneration, and they are the cellular basis for wound repair and regeneration. Previous researches demonstrated that neoblasts were composed by different subpopulations, which meant that they were heterogeneous.
