牦牛肠源 Lactobacillus acidophilusL3对其肠道分泌型免疫球蛋白A及免疫相关因子的影响

中文摘要:为了研究牦牛肠源 Lactobacillus acidophilus L3(嗜酸乳杆菌)对其肠道分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)及免疫相关因子的影响,将10头健康牦牛(2~2.5岁)随机分为2组,分别为益生菌组和空白对照组,益生菌组在饲料中添加2×10 9 CFU·kg -1 L. acidophilus L3,饲喂28 d后取其小肠样品,ELISA检测试验组和对照组十二指肠、空肠、回肠中SIgA、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、IL-4、IL-6、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)的含量.研究结果表明, L. acidophilus L3可有效增加试验组牦牛肠道SIgA的分泌量( P <0.05),组内比较发现SIgA在回肠含量最高,其次为空肠和十二指肠.IL-2、IL-4、IL-6在试验组小肠中的表达量较对照组显著增加( P <0.05),试验组小肠IFN-γ的表达量较对照组降低( P <0.05).证实 L. acidophilus L3可提高牦牛肠道的黏膜免疫功能.
英文摘要:In order to study the effects of Lactobacillus acidophilus L3 on the intestinal SIgA and immune factors of yaks, 10 yaks aged from 2 to 2.5 years were used in this study, and 5 of which were fed daily with L. acidophilus L3 (a concentration of 2×10 9 CFU·kg -1 feed), while the others were conventional feed without adding L. acidophilus L3. Small intestinal samples were collected on day 28, and the content of SIgA, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IFN-γ in duodenum, jejunum, and ileum were detected by ELISA. The results showed that the content of intestinal SIgA was significantly increased in the probiotic group compared with the control ( P <0.05). The highest content of SIgA was found in ileum followed by jejunum and duodenum. The content of intestinal IL-2, IL-4 and IL-6 were also significantly increased in the probiotic group compared with the control ( P <0.05). The content of intestinal IFN-γ was decreased in the probiotic group compared with the control ( P <0.05).
