重组人促卵泡激素剂量对食蟹猴卵泡发育和排卵同期化的影响

Abstract:
中文摘要: 目的 优化食蟹猴胚胎移植同步受体的处理技术. 方法 选择5~9岁月经周期正常的成年雌性食蟹猴37只,于出现月经血的第2~3天,每日肌注重组人促卵泡激素(rhFSH),按超排剂量和方式分2个实验组,超排供体组、超排受体组,另有一组自然受体组(对照组). 结果和结论 2个实验组超排后卵巢反应全部良好,超排供体组和超排受体组超排后卵巢的获卵总数(15.18±6.51 VS. 5.67±3.79)和平均排卵数(6.77±3.61 VS. 1.00±0.00)差异具有统计学意义( P <0.05),但超排受体组和超排供体组的雌二醇(E2)水平浓度差异无统计学意义( P> 0.05),变化模式一致,且超排受体组与超排供体组排卵同期化的准确率可达83.33%,而对照组仅为42.85%,两者差异具有统计学意义( P <0.05).
英文摘要: Objective To optimize effective treatment technology of embryo recipient from Macaca fascicularis. Method A total of 37 adult female M. fascicularis (5~9 years old) were housed in seperated cages and the vaginal bleeding was monitored daily to detect the onset of menses. Monkeys with menstrual bleeding in 3 days after recombinant human follicular stimulating hormone (rhFSH) injection were classified into three groups: stimulation donors (SD,n=13),stimulation recipients (SR,n=6) and nature recipients (NR,n=21). Result and Conclusion Ultrasonograms results showed that the dual-side of ovaries in SD and SR groups were good on day 8 after rhFSH stimulation. Statistical analysis indicated the number of recovered oocytes and ovulated eggs in SR were lower than those in SD (5.67±3.79 versus 15.18±6.51,1.00±0.00 versus 6.77±3.61,respectively,P <0.05),however,the values and profiles of serum E2 concentrations were significantly similar (P> 0.05). Meanwhile,the accuracy rate of ovulation synchronization was 83.33% between SR and SD,but only 42.85% between NR and SD.
