斑马缺硒病的血液细胞和血液生化指标测定

Abstract:
中文摘要:以某动物园中经临床观察、病理学检查、血液细胞和血液生化分析方面诊断为缺硒的4只斑马为研究对象,3只健康斑马作为对照,分析缺硒斑马血液细胞和血液生化检测值的变化,探讨斑马缺硒病的诊断方法。结果表明:缺硒病斑马的红细胞数量和血红蛋白量下降,中性粒细胞百分比上升而淋巴细胞百分比下降,血液生化指标分析显示乳酸脱氢酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶和肌酸激酶活性升高,尿酸含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力显著下降。这一结果在斑马缺硒病的诊断中具有重要意义。
英文摘要:Four zebras were diagnosed as selenium-deficiency according to clinical features, pathology examination, blood cell and blood biochemical analysis, and three normal zebras were the control. This study investigated the changes of blood cell numbers and blood biochemical indices of these zebras, to provide a diagnosing way for selenium-deficiency zebras. The results showed that the numbers of red blood cells, hemoglobin and the percentage of lymphocytes were decreased, while the percentage of neutrophil cells was increased. Blood biochemical analysis showed that the enaymatic activity of lactic acid dehydrogenase, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase alkaline phosphatase, creatine kinase were increased, while uric acid content and the activity of GSH-Px were decreased.
