太行山猕猴取食胎盘现象
Placentophagia in Free-ranging Macaca mulatta tcheliensis in Jiyuan, Henan Province, China

中文摘要：在自然条件下，灵长类动物多于夜间或晨昏时段分娩以降低昼行性天敌导致的捕食风险，这也使人类观察的难度增大，因而对灵长类动物的生产过程，产后处理新生儿、脐带和胎盘等后续行为的信息知之甚少。本文在对太行山猕猴 Macaca mulatta tcheliensis的野外研究中，观察并记录到野生雌性猕猴分娩后取食、遗弃胎盘的案例，以补充非人灵长类的繁殖生态学资料。
英文摘要：Non-human primate species normally gives birth to neonate during night or at twilight to prevent predation from diurnal natural enemies. This increases the difficulty of researchers to collect the information on how the primate mothers reproduce, handle the neonates, umbilical cord and afterbirth.
