灼口综合征的研究进展
Research progress on burning mouth syndrome

摘要： 灼口综合征（BMS）是以舌部为主要发病部位、以烧灼样疼痛为主要表现的一组综合征,常不伴有明显的临床损害体征,多发生于更年期前后妇女。如今BMS缺乏统一的诊断标准、明确的病因、确切有效的治疗方法。本文从BMS流行病学现状、诊断标准、分型、病因、治疗方面作一综述。
Abstract: Burning mouth syndrome (BMS) is a group of syndromes mainly located in the tongue. This syndrome is characterized with burning pain without any visible clinical sign. BMS often develops in perimenopausal women. No uniform diagnostic criteria, clear etiology, or effective treatment method for BMS is available to date. This review introduces the epidemiology, diagnostic criteria, classification, etiology, and treatment of BMS.
