全瓷粘接桥的临床研究进展
Clinical research progress on all-ceramic resin-bonded fixed partial dentures

摘要： 为契合当代微创的治疗理念，粘接桥在口腔修复领域有着较大的应用前景。近年来，随着全瓷材料及粘接技术的发展，全瓷粘接桥在临床上的应用越来越广泛。全瓷粘接桥具有微创、美观、省时和低成本等优势，若适应证选择恰当，能体现出优良的中短期修复效果，但其远期的临床效果仍有待进一步研究。本文综合国内外文献，就全瓷粘接桥及其病例的选择、设计方式、粘接技术和预后情况等临床研究进展作一综述，以供参考。
Abstract: According to the concept of minimally invasive dentistry, resin-bonded partial dentures have been widely used for replacement of a missing tooth. The development of all-ceramic materials and adhesive techniques has facilitated the use of all-ceramic resin-bonded fixed partial dentures for partial edentulism. Such type of dentures has advantages of minimal invasiveness and aesthetics. All-ceramic resin-bonded fixed partial dentures possess a high short-term success rate when used in an appropriate way. However, the long-term clinical success rates remain uncertain. This article reviewed the clinical research progress on abutment selection, design, adhesive technique, and prognosis of all-ceramic resin-bonded fixed partial dentures
