体外培养环境影响牙周膜干细胞生物学特性的研究进展
Effects of culture conditions in vitro on the biological characteristics of periodontal ligament stem cells

摘要： 牙周膜干细胞是具有自我更新能力与多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,作为口腔组织工程研究的候选种子细胞备受关注。进行体外培养过程中,原代细胞分离方法、基础培养基成分、氧气浓度、培养时间、细胞保存条件及其他物理和化学刺激的施加等培养因素可在一定程度上改变牙周膜干细胞的增殖、分化、迁移等特性,将影响其在组织工程中应用的效果。本文围绕体外培养环境对牙周膜干细胞生物学特性的影响进行综述,为优化牙周膜干细胞体外培养条件、充分发挥其全能性提供参考。
Abstract: Periodontal ligament stem cell, which is a kind of adult stem cell, owns the abilities of self-renewing and multi-differentiation and has become the hot spot in the oral tissue engineering. When cultured in vitro, different culture conditions such as primary cell separation methods, culture medium composition, oxygen concentration, culture time, cell storage conditions and other physical or chemical stimulation can change the proliferation, immigration or differentiation characteristics of periodontal ligament stem cell. This paper is committed to review on the research progress regarding the effects of the culture conditions in vitro on the biological characteristics of periodontal ligament stem cell in recent years and provide theoretical reference for tissue engineering.
