非综合征型先天缺牙发病机制的研究进展
Research progress on the pathogenesis of non-syndromic tooth agenesis

摘要： 牙先天性缺失是牙齿在发育过程中常见的数目发育异常,其中非综合征型先天缺牙指牙齿发育过程中不伴有其他全身系统性综合征的牙先天性缺失。以往侧重研究与非综合征型先天缺牙有关的基因,而对于其发病的机制研究甚少,本文就近年来关于非综合征型先天缺牙发病机制的研究状况作一综述。
Abstract: Tooth agenesis is a common phenomenon of tooth number abnormity. Non-syndromic tooth agenesis is the tooth development process without other systemic syndromes of tooth agenesis. Previous studies mainly focused on the genes. However, the pathogenesis of non-syndromic tooth agenesis is few and scattered. This article provides a summary regarding the pathogenesis of non-syndromic tooth agenesis.
