摘要： 本文报道了1例以复发性口腔溃疡和红斑型念珠菌病为主要口腔表现的人类免疫缺陷病毒感染患者,并对其首次就诊时造成误诊的可能原因进行分析,以期能为临床工作带来更多的启示。
Abstract: This article reported about a patient with acquired immune deficiency syndrome and recurrent aphthous ulcers. Possible reasons of misdiagnosis were also discussed.
