Abstract:

摘要: 基质小泡作为与矿化密切相关的囊泡,在分泌和矿化过程中实现的多种功能与自身富含的相关蛋白质密不可分。本文就基质小泡及其提取和纯化、蛋白质组学,以及参与其分泌的细胞骨架蛋白等的研究进展进行综述,以便深入认识其相关蛋白质的作用机制,为临床促进矿化研究提供理论依据。
Abstract: Matrix vesicles are small vesicles closely associated with mineralisation. During the formation and mineralisation of matrix vesicles, most functions are closely related to their own proteins. This article aims to review the research progress on matrix vesicles, their extraction and purification and proteomic and cytoskeleton-associated proteins related to secretion. Understanding the functions of related proteins and the underlying mechanisms contributes in providing theoretical basis for clinical research on mineralisation.
