摘要： 单链DNA结合蛋白（SSB）1是在人类身上新发现的一种单链DNA结合蛋白,它通过参与各种DNA损伤修复过程维持基因的完整性与稳定性。这一重大发现为各种DNA损伤修复机制提供了新的见解。本文就SSB1相关结构及功能的研究进展进行综述。
Abstract: Single-stranded DNA-binding protein (SSB) 1 is a newly discovered SSB in humans. Given its involvement in DNA damage repair, SSB1 is critical for genomic integrity and stability. This significant discovery provides new insights into the mechanism of DNA damage repair. In this study, we reviewed the research progress on the structure and function of SSB1.
