Clinical applications of subepithelial connective tissue grafting in soft tissue deficiencies of dental implantation

摘要： 种植体周围软组织的状况与口腔种植修复效果密切相关,而种植治疗后往往会出现软组织缺陷。上皮下结缔组织瓣移植是临床最常用的软组织增量技术,也是解决软组织缺陷问题的有效方法。本文从上皮下结缔组织瓣的特点和供区、取瓣技术、受区预备技术、临床效果和发展方向作一综述。
Abstract: The condition of peri-implant soft tissue is closely related to the outcome of dental implant. However, many problems concerning soft tissue defects may occur after dental implantation. Subepithelial connective tissue grafting is a common technique for soft tissue augmentation in clinical practice and solution to many problems of soft tissue deficiency in oral treatment. This review summarized the donor sites and histological characteristics of corresponding grafts, harvesting techniques, recipient site preparation techniques, clinical effects and development directions of subepithelial connective tissue grafting.
