氧化锆基台的研究现状和临床应用效果
Research status and clinical outcomes of zirconia abutments

摘要： 随着生活要求和审美水平的不断提高,以及种植修复学、计算机辅助设计和计算机辅助制造（CAD/CAM）机械切割技术的飞速发展,种植体-氧化锆基台支持的固定修复以其极佳的美学修复效果被临床医生和患者所认可。对比于其他的全瓷材料,氧化锆材料拥有更好的力学性能,且兼具美观、软组织反应及菌斑黏附少和生物相容性好等特点。本文综合国内外文献,就氧化锆基台的生物学反应、生物学评价、力学性能、美学效果以及临床效果等方面进行阐述,以供参考。
Abstract: With the increasing improvement of the living requirements and aesthetic level, as well as the rapid development of oral implantology and computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology, the fixed prosthesis which is supported by implant-zirconia abutments has been recognized widely by dentists and patients, due to its excellent aesthetic effect. Compared with the other all-ceramic materials, zirconia has better mechanical properties, except for aesthetic effect, less soft tissue reaction and plaque adhesion and good biocompatibility. Combining the literatures in China and abroad, this paper aims to discuss biological responses to zirconia abutments, clinical biological assessments, mechanical properties of zirconia abutments, aesthetic effect and clinical outcomes of zirconia abutments.
