摘要： 住院医师规范化临床能力培养在整个医师成长过程中起着十分重要的作用，牙体牙髓病学专业具有实践性强、操作难度高、新技术发展迅速等特点，本文针对住院医师在牙体牙髓病专业临床技能、临床思维能力、科研能力、综合素质等方面的规范化培养进行探讨，以期为同仁提供一定的参考。
Abstract: Standardized clinical training plays an important role in the entire process of a resident growth. Endodontics is characterized by high practicality, difficult operation, and rapid development of new technology. This paper discusses how to improve the clinical skills, thinking skill, research ability, and comprehensive quality of endodontics residents. This paper provides reference for the field of endodontics.
