Abstract:

摘要: 间充质干细胞是来源于中胚层的多能干细胞,具有自我更新和多向分化的潜能,目前已经证实其能够分化成骨细胞、软骨细胞、肌肉细胞、脂肪细胞和神经细胞等,并在组织修复中发挥重要作用。研究发现长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在间充质干细胞多向分化过程中差异表达,表明lncRNA可能是间充质干细胞分化中的重要调控点。虽然目前关于该方面的功能及机制的探讨较少,且主要停留在基因芯片和生物信息学分析层面,但伴随着新的研究技术体系的建立,lncRNA在间充质干细胞多向分化中的机制终将得以阐明。
Abstract: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derived from mesoderm exhibit self-renewal and multiple differentiation potentials. MSCs are considerably useful in tissue repair and cell development, with the ability to differentiate into osteoblasts, chondrocytes, adipocytes, myoblasts, neurocytes and other cells. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) are differentially expressed in the differentiation of MSCs. This result indicated that lncRNAs are crucial in regulation during differentiation. To date, most reports mainly focused on microarray and bioinformatics analysis of lncRNAs. The function and regulatory mechanism of lncRNAs on the differentiation of MSCs still remain unclear. However, with the development in new research technologies, the regulatory mechanism of lncRNA in the differentiation of MSCs will be intensively elucidated.
