Abstract:

摘要: 褪黑素的作用及其机制是近年来的研究热点之一。大量研究发现,褪黑素有促进成骨细胞增殖和分化、抑制破骨细胞活性、诱导骨髓间充质干细胞向成骨细胞分化的作用。褪黑素还能抑制牙乳头细胞增殖和促进分化。褪黑素与骨和牙齿的相关疾病也有密切关系,其机制可能与褪黑素受体及受体作用通路有关。本文主要就褪黑素对骨和牙齿的作用及其可能机制进行总结叙述。
Abstract: The function and mechanism of melatonin are current research focus. A number of studies showed that melatonin can promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts, thereby inhibiting the activity of osteoclasts and inducing the differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblasts. Melatonin can also inhibit the proliferation of dental papilla cells and promote their differentiation. Melatonin is closely related with teeth and bone diseases. The mechanism may be associated with melatonin receptors and their functional pathways. In this review, we summarise the effects of melatonin on hard tissue and its potential mechanism.
