Hcy、IL-1β与冠心病患者伴发抑郁的相关性研究DOI: 10.16118/j.1008-0392.2017.01.019 Keywords: 同型半胱氨酸 白细胞介素-1β 冠心病 抑郁homocysteine interleukin-1β coronary artery disease depression Abstract: 目的 探讨同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、白细胞介素-1β(interleukin 1 beta,IL-1β)与冠心病(coronary artery disease, CAD)患者伴发抑郁的关系。方法 对414例CAD住院患者进行抑郁评估,同步进行Hcy及免疫功能检测。依抑郁量表评分结果,将入组的CAD患者分为CAD不伴抑郁组和CAD伴抑郁组。分析两组之间Hcy、免疫功能差别及其与抑郁的相关性。结果 CAD伴抑郁患者Hcy、IL-1β显著升高(t=2.955,P<0.05;t=2.556,P<0.05),且与抑郁程度呈正相关(r=0.228,P<0.05;r=0.453,P<0.05);Hcy与IL-1β呈正相关(r=0.245,P=0.05);Hcy(OR=1.171,5% CI: 1.046~1.310,P<0.05)及IL-1β(OR=1.245,5% CI: 1.074~1.444,P<0.05)是CAD伴抑郁的危险因素。结论 Hcy、IL-1β表达水平升高可能参与介导CAD患者伴发抑郁的相关机制。Objective To explore the relationship between homocysteine (Hcy),interleukin-1β (IL-1β)and the depression in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD). Methods Four hundred and fourteen hospitalized CAD patients were enrolled and divided into depression and non-depression groups according to the depression assessment. The plasma Hcy and serum IL-1βlevels were measured. Results The plasma Hcy and serum IL-1β levels in the depression group significantly higher than those in non-depression group (t=2.955,P<0.05; t=2.556,P<0.05). The severity of depression was positively correlated with Hcy and IL-1β levels (r=0.228, P<0.05; r=0.453,P<0.05), and Hcy and IL-1βwere also positively correlated with each other (r=0.245, P=0.05). Hcy(OR=1.171,5% CI: 1.046-1.310,P<0.05) and IL-1β(OR=1.245,5% CI: 1.074-1.444,P<0.05) were risk factors for the depression in CAD patients. Conclusion The increased plasma Hcy and serum IL-1β levels are related to depression in CAD patients
