Abstract:

干燥综合征(Sj?gren's syndrome, SS)是以口干、眼干为主要临床表现的一种病因不明的自身免疫性疾病。水通道蛋白5(aquaporin5, AQP5)是一种能特异性跨膜转运水的蛋白,能显著增加细胞膜水通透性,参与水的分泌、吸收及细胞内外水的平衡。近年来有研究表明AQP5在干燥综合征患者唾液腺细胞中异常的亚细胞分布可能参与了疾病的发生。而恢复干燥综合征患者腺体内AQP5的正常亚细胞分布、上调AQP5成为治疗SS的可能手段。
Sj?gren's syndrome(SS) is an autoimmune disease with unknown etiology, the main clinical manifestation of SS is dry mouth and eye. Aquaporin5(AQP5) is a protein specifically transporting water through cytomembrane, which significantly increase the water permeability of cytomembrane, and involves in water absorption and secretion, and water balance of cells. Recent studies have shown that abnormal subcellular distribution of AQP5 in salivary gland cells may be involved in the pathogenesis of Sj?gren's syndrome. It is suggcsted that to resume the normal subcelluler distribution of AQP5 and to increase its contents in salivary gland cells might be a novel approach to treat sjogren's syndrome
