慢性胃食管反流性咳嗽患者的生活质量评估

目的 研究慢性胃食管反流性咳嗽患者的生活质量。方法 根据胃食管反流性咳嗽(gastroesophageal reflux cough, GERC)诊断标准,将129例慢性咳嗽患者分为GERC组和非GERC组,另选48例健康者为正常对照组,记录各组性别、年龄、咳嗽病程,测量身高、体质量,计算体质量指数(body mass index, BMI),进行SF-36健康调查量表中生活质量8个维度总体健康、生理职能、情感职能、社交功能、生命活力、精神健康、生理功能、躯体疼痛评估,比较三组生活质量。结果 GERC组和非GERC组8个维度中的总体健康、生理职能、情感职能、社交功能、生命活力及精神健康均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),而生理功能、躯体疼痛和正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；GERC组和非GERC组的8个维度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 慢性咳嗽患者生活质量差,GERC患者和非GERC患者生活质量无明显区别。
Objective To assess the quality of life in patients with chronic cough caused by gastroesophageal reflux. Methods One hundred and twenty nine patients with chronic cough were enrolled, including 61 cases with gastroesophageal reflux(GERC group) and 68 cases without gastroesophageal reflux (non-GERC group), 48 healthy subjects served as control group. Sex, age, cough duration, height, weight were recorded, and the body mass index (BMI) was calculated. The quality of life was assessed with SF-36 in 3 groups, including 8 dimentions: physical functioning (PF), role limitations due to physical health (RP), bodily pain (BP), general health perceptions (GH), vitality (VT), social functioning (SF), role limitations due to emotional problem (RE), mental health (MH). Results The GH, RP, RE, SF, VT, MH scores in GERC group and non-GERC group were lower than those normal control group(P<0.05), however, there were no differences in PF, BP scores among 3 groups (P>0.05). There were no significant differences in GH, RP, RE, SF, VT, MH, PF, BP scores between GERC group and non-GERC group (P>0.05). Conclusion The quality of life in chronic cough patients is lower than that in healthy subjects, and there is no significant difference between patients with GER and those without GER
