阿托品在儿童及青少年近视治疗中应用的研究进展

近视已经成为一个公共卫生问题,越来越多的儿童和青少年患有近视。近视程度的增长、眼轴的延长会引起不可逆的眼底改变,最终导致低视力和盲。近视的控制也因此受到了政府和家庭的重视,但目前能有效控制近视增长的手段较少。阿托品滴眼液是公认的有效减缓近视发展和控制眼轴增长的首选药物,但由于长期散瞳作用恐引起视网膜病变,其使用也受到了全世界的争议。本文就阿托品在儿童及青少年近视治疗中的应用进行综述。
Childhood myopia becomes a public health problem, but there is little efficient therapy for it. Although atropine eye drop has recognized as an effective drug to slow the progression of myopia, its side effects are of controversy.
